This space is available as-is, complete with tables and chairs, or let us curate an extraordinary themed party from start to finish that your guests will rave about!

 Studio 12 includes a fully equipped bar with a concession window, plenty of refrigerator space, ice maker, vintage glassware, and a Bartisian machine that instantly pours various specialty cocktails or mocktails with just a click of a button. Guests can enjoy the open outdoor space or cozy up around fire pit seating while savoring the delights of our neighboring restaurant, Oven & Vine, which offers a full menu of tasty pizzas and wines for your convenience.
